Sample Soy Candle Formulas

If you’re purchasing one of our soy candle making kits, we thought you’d like the sample formula of a couple of our best sellers!

Each of our formulas differ (based on fragrance attributes and color,) but this will give you an idea of how we mix one of our scented soy candles.

Mom’s Lilac Bush

Natural Soy Wax = 1 lb
Lilac Fragrance = 1.3 to 1.5 ounce
Quality purple fragrance color = 2 drops per lb
Lead-free wick (sized according to container)

Melt your soy wax using our “how to make a soy candle instructions.”
Let your wax cool to between 120 F and 135 F. Add 2 drops of purple liquid dye and stir until evenly mixed.

Add 1.3 to 1.5 ounces of high quality Lilac fragrance just before pouring. Mix fragrance thoroughly and immediately pour.

Pour, monitor wicks, and let set until dry.

Christmas on East 5th

Natural Soy Wax = 1 lb
Old Fashion Christmas Fragrance = 1.3 to 1.5 ounce
Bayberry Euc color, Purple = 4 drops each per lb
Lead-free wick (sized according to container)
Melt your soy wax using our “how to make a soy candle instructions.”
Let your wax cool to between 120 F and 135 F. Add 4 drops of each color dye. Mix thoroughly

Add 1.3 to 1.5 ounces of high quality Old Fashion Christmas fragrance just before pouring. Mix fragrance thoroughly and immediately pour.

Pour, monitor wicks, and let set until dry.
