Zionsville Candle Company stands behind our product. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with our product, we will exchange your candle(s) for a different candle(s) to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Policy
1) If you wish to exchange your candle(s), please email or call 845-592-2148 within 30 days of receiving your candles.
2) You must have not burned more than 5% to 7% of your candle. (Believe it or not, we have had people burn over 50% of a candle, then wish to “exchange” for a new one!)
3) We will issue a UPS call tag, and upon receiving the returned candles, we will ship your new candles within 5 business days. (We hand-pour our candles and will send your candles as soon as possible.)
4) Zionsville Candle Company reserves the right to refuse service to customers who are blatantly attempting to abuse this policy. Make sure you read our policy “soy vs. paraffin” to read about how to properly burn soy candles.
